Our service is not limited to Piedmontese beef: with the same attention to quality, we also choose and process other beef breeds, pigs and white meats.
We ship our products in Italy and abroad, reaching all culinary realities: from catering to wine bars, through wineries, catering services, up to direct sales to private individuals.

La Granda transforms the beef into large and small cuts, based on the consumer’s needs, reducing scrap and waste to a minimum and guarantees a continuous profit for farmers, thanks to the establishment of the agreed fixed price.
Breeders who belong to a Consortium, founded in 1996, directed by Sergio Capaldo, which gave life to a project to relaunch the Piedmontese Cattle Breed, a Slow Food Presidium, and to revalue the consumption of quality meat.
Starting from 1 January 2022, La Granda Srl has adopted a new labelling system, approved by the ministry (IT 215 ET), which provides for the introduction of a series of additional information relating to breeding during the fattening period on the label.
