Salumi at your home!

La Granda Salumi was born from the union between La Granda and Beppe Dho, a traditional butcher and artisan in his Centallo factory since 1976.

 

Sergio Capaldo, after a long search, found in Beppe Dho a butcher who fully shared his vision of quality in the supply chain: from breeding to the final product.

 

All the animals of La Granda Salumi are born and raised in Italy. The choice is to use mature pigs, because they require less use of preservatives.

 

The preservatives used by La Granda are in fact reduced to a minimum, but essential to protect the meat from harmful bacteria, protecting the health of the consumer without altering the quality of the product.
