La Granda has set up its own system of quality  control. The H.A.C.C.P. system, based on managing all the production phases, sanitary controls required by law, tracing eventual allergens and traceability of the product.


In 2015 La Granda adds two important certificates to its products.

  1. Organic Certification: code CT27
  2. DOP Certificate “Italian Salamini Cacciatora DOP”: code SIAC73


To promote a correct information to consumers, La Granda has decided to adopt a voluntary labeling system for beef, certified from ASPROCARNE Piemonte, authorization number IT 005 ET.
