Luca Cantù is the chef of La Granda. He worked for almost ten years next to Alessandro Boglione, international reputation chef, with which earned the Michelin star.


La Granda’s cooking school started this year under his lead.


There are 12 stations where the participants will study the basic culinary techniques and cook some tasty recipes, that could be done at home.


The main role will be MEAT CUTS: FROM BREEDING TO TABLE, twelve lessons dedicated to meat and its recipes.


But our cooking school is also: CIRCULAR KITCHEN where vegetables are protagonists and masterclasses.
