La Granda next to the rising chefs
Luigi Cremona and Witaly are going to bring the future great chefs from south and center of Italy to Rome, from Saturday 25th to Monday 27th of June, at Villaggio “Birroforum”. On this occasion more than 20 young chefs will fight each other and one of them will be the winner. At the same time there will be also the challenge of the best young pizza chef.
On Monday 27th of June in addition to the final there will be also the exhibition of pizza chefs, who will show some tricks.
La granda will be part of this event. Come and join us, you will taste beef aspic, chicken and turkey aspic and also our salumi, made by Beppe Dho, the butcher artisan.
