Dopo una breve asciugatura \u00e8 pronto per essere cucinato. La cottura avviene nel forno a vapore a bassissima temperatura. Questo permette di ottenere un prodotto elegante e fine al palato, dalla consistenza irresistibile<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSIGLI\/CURIOSITA&#8217;<\/strong> : Immergere la busta sigillata in acqua fredda, portare ad ebollizione e lasciare bollire per circa 30 minuti. Togliere la busta e tagliarla su un lato lasciando gocciolare il brodo naturale che si \u00e8 formato.
