valorizza la qualit\u00e0 della Fassona e d\u00e0 a tutti i protagonisti della filiera l\u2019attenzione che meritano.<\/p>\n<p>Spesso lo fa insieme ad altre <strong>aziende che sposano gli stessi valori<\/strong>: \u00e8 il caso della collaborazione, nata dalla partnership strategica con l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo<\/a>, con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridordefrance.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bridor<\/a>, leader mondiale nella produzione di pane e viennoiserie surgelata di altissima qualit\u00e0,\u00a0che ha fatto dell\u2019artigianalit\u00e0 applicata al processo industriale il suo punto di forza.<\/p>\n<p>In occasione del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigep.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">SIGEP<\/a> di Rimini, <em>La Granda<\/em> e <em>Bridor<\/em> si sono presentate insieme per la prima volta proponendo <strong>l\u2019unione di due eccellenze: la carne e il prodotto da forno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L\u2019obiettivo, anche in futuro, \u00e8 quello di condividere un <strong>progetto basato su tracciabilit\u00e0 di filiera, sostenibilit\u00e0, rispetto dell\u2019ambiente che pone l\u2019uomo al centro di tutto<\/strong>, concetti\u00a0che rispecchiano i valori istituzionali de <em>La Granda<\/em>, dell\u2019<em>Universit\u00e0 di Pollenzo<\/em> e di
