Cos\u00ec recitava un antico detto popolare. La mitologia la vuole, invece, come cibo prediletto da Ercole mentre la filosofia greca come identificativo del fuoco. La fava, con i Romani, diventa simbolo di prosperit\u00e0 e dal Rinascimento \u00e8 considerata alimento afrodisiaco.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>La fava \u00e8 stata scelta da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lagranda.it\/cultura-dellalimentazione\/\" target=\"_blank\">La Granda<\/a> per l&#8217;alimentazione dei suoi bovini di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lagranda.it\/razza-piemontese\/\" target=\"_blank\">Razza Piemontese<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Eccellente apportatore di amido e proteine di ottimo valore biologico \u00e8 un alimento molto appetitoso.
