\nAll La Granda farm respect the cow-calf line: every animal born and raise in the farm. Calves are breast-fed by their mother for around 4-6 months after birth, following the rhythm of nature. After weaning, as precaution to preserve the animal’s health, La Granda DOES NOT use silages, soy, bicarbonate and buffer solutions, antibiotics, sulfonamides or cortisones. Breeding and nutrition are strictly related: raising animals in a correct way helps to supply a high-class meat.
