La Granda Salumi was born from the union between La Granda and Beppe Dho, a traditional butcher and artisan in his Centallo factory since 1976.<\/p>\n Sergio Capaldo, after a long search, found in Beppe Dho a butcher who fully shared his vision of quality in the supply chain: from breeding to the final product.<\/p>\n All the animals of La Granda Salumi are born and raised in Italy.
